Mix an artist with a boho goddess, banyan trees and a jewish ceremony and you get Dana + Bask’s wedding. Bask is an artist in St. Petersburg and they decided to get married at the Museum of Fine Art to give a nod to his work and support the artist community in their hometown. They had a Jewish ceremony under a chuppah that the groom made. Guests held bells that they rang in celebration when the couple made their way back down the aisle after saying “I do”. Favorite moments? First, when the rabbi grabbed Bask’s arm as his bride made her way down the aisle and the look on Bask’s face. Second, when they were ignoring me by the front of the museum and Bask put his hand on Dana’s cheek. GAH.
This was such a fun, eclectic collaboration and all of the vendors did such an amazing job!
